We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Domestic Shipping (within France): Estimated delivery 2–5 business days.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs procedures.
3. Shipping Costs & Discounts
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
• Free Shipping: Customers who spend over 1,100 € qualify for free shipping worldwide.
• Shared Shipping Fees: For customers located in France, Germany, and Britain, Medieval & Treasures covers 50% of the shipping cost.
• Other occasional free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.
5. Order Tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
• If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
• If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
