• Despite our efforts, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur, particularly with historical or handcrafted items.
• Availability is indicated on the product page, but stock information is subject to change.

• Prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable), unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and order total.
• Free shipping is offered on all orders over 1,100 €.
• For customers in France, Germany, and Britain, Medieval & Treasures covers 50% of the shipping cost.

4. Orders & Payment
• Orders are placed exclusively through our website.

5. Delivery
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as customs, strikes, or carrier delays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
• In accordance with EU consumer law, customers located in the European Union have 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving a reason.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.

• Medieval & Treasures cannot be held liable for misuse of products, normal wear and tear, or non-compliance with maintenance instructions.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, transport blockages, etc.), Medieval & Treasures is released from its delivery obligations.
